Elgin Country Club opens its doors to Members, guests and non-members. Our facilities make it easy to fit your needs for casual or formal events. Our event coordinator, chef and experienced staff are ready to assist you with every detail.

Oak Room With its elegant ambiance and breathtaking views - can accommodate events from 40 to 200 guests.
Wine Room The perfect setting for intimate gatherings or meetings - up to 40 guests.
Centennial Patio Outdoor dining overlooking the 18th green that can accommodate 15 to 50 guests (Members Only).
Weldwood Patio An outdoor venue with three fire pits perfect for a cocktail party for approximately 15 to 24 guests (Members Only).

Experience the luxury that awaits you behind the gates of Elgin Country Club. Lush green hills and ancient oaks abound at this stately and elegant Country Club. Elgin can accommodate groups up to 0 inside our grand oak room and the manicured lawn surrounded by oaks serves as a quaint yet romantic wedding ceremony site. Although this is a private country club, you do not need to be a member to hold your event here.

We offer all-inclusive packages to make planning your wedding as easy as possible and we will happily customize a wedding package to fit your needs. Our dedicated, professional staff and experienced catering team will guide you through the planning process to ensure that your wedding day is flawless. We are also able and available to coordinate your wedding to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing on your big day.

Elgin Country Club is very proud of its Banquet Department, which can plan and execute any type or size function from 20 to 180 people. We are especially adept at providing the finest in food and beverage service to our cliental in elegant surroundings.

Our Executive Chef, Jamie Hatzis, has created menus combining the classic dishes from the past with the best of contemporary cuisine. In addition, our talented staff will gladly custom-tailor any menu to suit individual preference or dietary needs.
